Darryl G. Hoekstra

Darryl G. Hoekstra 69, of Pompano Beach passed away with his family by his side on Friday, March 3, 2023. He is preceded in death by his mother Sue and brother Doug. Darryl retired from the City of Wilton Manors after 26 years as a Park Ranger. He was very active in the softball community as a player and an umpire. Darryl loved to play golf and enjoyed watching his New York Yankees and Golf Tournaments on TV. Darryl is survived by his wife Judy, daughter Nicole of Aurora, Colorado, and stepdaughters Kim Holinko (Ilene) of Wilton Manors, Debbie DeBrocq (Alex) and grandson Nolan of Ft. Lauderdale. He is also survived by brothers Ronnie, Dale, Don (Lori); and sisters Susan & Sandy (Joe), and many nieces & nephews. There will be a celebration of life held on Saturday March 11, 2023 from 3:00 to 6:00 at Hagen Park, 2020 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors, FL.
