Theodore Bogan English-Sessions 92, of Pompano Beach died on Sunday February 7, 2016. Born in East St. Louis, Ill., he grew up in Las Olas looking up to his father and uncle George English, a very prominent Businessmen in Ft. Lauderdale. Ted graduated from Davenport High School in Iowa, and served in Europe during WWII . After the war he settled in New York City where he studied Clinical Psychology at Columbia University. His passions were in, Modern Art, Primitive and Folk Art, Photography and Music. He was also an avid airplane pilot. He returned to Ft. Lauderdale where he retired. Ted was an assiduous practioneer of Meditation. His hobbies were traveling, Calligraphy, frame making, reading and films. He is survived and missed by his close friends Rosa, Marco and Paul Gallus of Mexico and Switzerland. A funeral service and burial will be held on Saturday (Today) 9:00AM at Lauderdale Memorial Park Cemetery. online condolences can be shared at edkalis.com.
